Back-In-Stock

There was a big demand from customers to be notified when a particular color and size of a particular product were back in stock online. Since there was no back-in-stock functionality currently on the website, customers would have to email or call customer service to find out if they had the product in stock. Customer service would then re-direct customers to local Eileen Fisher stores to help them find out of stock products.

The goal of implementing an automated back-in-stock functionality would help boost sales for the e-commerce site as well as bring back customers to shop more. It would also serve as a vehicle to collect customer emails for Eileen Fisher promotions and newsletters.
